pwn restore with OTA blobs to 17.0 AppleTV5,3 #16

Will deleo work for this? Have an AppleTV5,3 that i havent been able to pwn restore with deleo to 17.0 (onboard OTA blobs). Other versions restored fine with full blobs (non-pwn restores)
