White Screen when opening application on Android using VPN

OS: Android 9 Phone: LG V30

When PIA (Private Internet Access) is enabled the app will not load. When you click the icon a white screen appears and hangs at that location.

i have seen this happen if there is internet connection - is this still an issue for you?
