bitpay url issue #657

When using an bitpay URL (scaning code) the URL is successful read but when we go to quantity the first time, its not filled, we have to go back one time to address and the go to quantity to it shows up

bitpay not supported any longer

For people stumbling on this issue. You can workaround this by using https://github.com/alexk111/DeBitpay

we should probably reimplement this without xmrto
