Add "Restore wallet from a QR code" #800

Instead of copy pasting keys or typing seed words, make it possible to recover a wallet by scanning a QR code. There's an existing proposal for "Wallet definition scheme"[1] which is a perfect fit for this use.

Having this feature in mobile wallets would allow the community to implement Monero gift cards for which there's currently an open bounty[2].

FYI the same feature request has been opened for CakeWallet[3].
