3D Reconstruction is not working #36

Current Behavior: Actually, drag&drop of elements from the DataManager into the 3D reconstruction view is indeed not possible (and should be blocked) and the description on protocols.io is not clear. Removing elements from the image slection list is not possible.

Expected Behavior: Prevent drag&drop elements from the DataManager into the 3D reconstruction view. Selected elements should be able to be removed from the list, e.g. with an extra button.
