  1. Currently, accessibility is not considered at all, is it ?
  2. Are there any automated ways to take it into account ? Or does one essentially hire a team or sit down with a guide and do it manually ?

If you're talking in terms of making it accessible to the visually impaired then no it's not done. I have to look into how it can be done.
