Rendering broken with newer pandoc versions #22

Reveal.js v4.0.0 changed its distribution layout (in particular the paths to CSS assets), and Pandoc v2.10 changed the default Reveal.js template accordingly. As a consequence, on systems with newer Pandoc versions, rendering of the slides is broken, because the asset paths are wrong.
