Given the delays in PCB fabrication, we could greatly benefit from the ability to perform automated testing of designs, before ordering. for this to be effective, we need to:
Test both digital and analog systems
Maintain a set of reusable pass/fail cases
Generate the necessary simulation files from KiCad design files.
Simulating the physical properties of the bard would be preferred (trace size and component heat dissipation)
Does anyone know of a way to do this? It would increase the reliability of our designs (we could make sure we never made the same mistake twice: regression testing)
