Issue Description

There needs to be updates to the xml to allow for the YOG convection parameterisation to be available and specified in the namelist files.

Much of the instruction for doing this can be found here.

[x] Add YOG as an option to deep_scheme
[x] Add nn_weights as a string variable for the net weights .nc filename
[x] Add SAM_Sounding as a string variable for the SAM sounding .nc filename
