Making Repo Public #34

@yaniyuval @paogorman Are you happy for us to make this repo public. It would enable us to use some extra features of GitHub?

In principle I do not mind, but from a quick look on nn_convection_flux_mod.f90, I do not think the code is correct (maybe it is still something you are working on?)

Perhaps you could say in the Readme that this is work in progress and not ready for use yet.

Please could @jbusecke or @LaureZanna or someone with @m2lines admin privileges make this repository public? And would it be possible to add me as an admin for this repo please?
