One of the key objectives for this project is to have a standalone version of the YOG parameterisation that others can then adapt to include in their models.

To do so we should look at packaging up, following ideas set out by @jatkinson1000 and others at X-VESRI.
We should include clear documentation:
Of the net and the scheme
Appropriate parameter ranges
Versions (e.g. Griffin is currently training a future net that will work over land)
Guidance on how to generally interface to an external model
The interface process to CAM is briefly described and some relevant files provided, as well as a link to our implementation in CAM-ML but could be improved
