Fix and document remaining notebooks #93

In #82, the first three major notebooks for regenerating paper figures (and the related code) have been fixed, documentation has been added, and no-longer-needed notebooks have been removed.

There are a couple of notebooks which remain, and which need to be processed in a similar way.

test_global can be deleted

As of #97 , there are three untouched notebooks remaining which this issue refers to:

offline_test_SWM.ipynb, other-shallow-water-model.ipynb -- probably some old SWM tests
train_results.ipynb -- unsure, inspects predictions and metrics
