Cinder stability (dev cluster) #1034

cinder volumes are still causing problems in the DEV k8s cluster. Node a1 is exhibiting problems and, prior to replacing it (which may not solve the problem) it has been cordoned to prevent new Pods landing on it.

@alanbchristie has this been resolved or superceded? In which case, please move to last swimlane ("Invalid or duplicate")
