[Application] Unselect compounds are still displayed in NGL viewer after quick select and unselect (shift+click) #129

I select some molecules by shift+click. Then I unselect them by shift+click again. In Compunds on vector they look like unselected, but they are still displayed in NGL viewer - this situation happens just sometimes, not always - when I quickly select and unselect many compounds, some of them are not unselect. quick pick

Lower priority - it will probably be superceded when we (soon) redesign that pane.
