Please create separate map files for common downstream programs (coot/pymol) and their respective offset formats
Please increase the cutoff radius for the maps

Summarising from #1378:

XCA output event maps are displayed correctly in the NGL viewer, and are correct in the download
Except that PyMol and Coot do not use the origin to offset the maps and so appear misaligned.
@ConorFWild please create another set of event maps in the XCA output that are offset so they will appear aligned in PyMol & Coot
