Misalignments present in A71EV2A #1457

@ConorFWild Ryan has seen some issues with the XCA output for his latest staging upload:

There may be other canonical sites with issues but the one we found is that the structures with 7 - A71EV2A-x0486/A/143/A are not aligned to the others (e.g. 9 - Activate site):

@ConorFWild has identified a potential bug and fix, however it can't be tested until the symbolic links are fixed (due to the filesystem migration underway at DLS)

This will delay #1456 and thereby the green release

@ConorFWild has a fix and now that Ryan says the symbolic links are restored he will implement and test this next week (w/c 24th)
