CVE-2024-41110 is serious vulnerability in docker and we must patch and update all nodes in all clusters running Docker. Updating Docker may have unforeseen consequences.

@tdudgeon says despite STFC saying this is a serious vulnerability, no instructions from STFC have been broadcast

@tdudgeon has estimated that the cluster upgrade would take around 3 weeks, please send estimate to @Waztom & @phraenquex. See also thread in #1429
