XCA fixes for CpKRS #1568

@tdudgeon please update the production & staging XCA environments with @ConorFWild's fixes for KRS

@ConorFWild says the changes have been merged and are ready to be deployed to staging @tdudgeon

@ConorFWild was able to align CpKRS with a dev version of LNA which has now been merged into the main LNA branch.

@tdudgeon please redeploy both the production and staging versions of XCA so they are in sync

@kaliif confirms that the loader does not differ from production and staging besides the support for compounds_manual.csv
