Uploaded RHS data should only be linked to the Target name specified in the upload.

User inputs target on the compound upload page and validates/uploads RHS dataset
Data should only appear when that Target is selected

Currently - the uploaded data is being linked with all the targets. The RHS 'Mpro' data should not be appearing with 'VIM2' for example.

This issue is still persisting. It must not have made it through in the last set of pull requests. Please fix!
