Timeout of ISPyB-dependent queries #608

@boriskovar-m2ms reports that ISPyB-dependent queries (e.g. target lists) are slow to wake up every morning.

@duncanpeacock says it shows up on Sentry @reskyner wonders whether it's an ssh banning problem. Might vanish once on staging, but need to test properly.

@duncanpeacock please elaborate this ticket.

When the error occurs it generates an handles ISPYB_USER error from the backend in /api/molecules/ Sentry error link: https://sentry.io/organizations/xchem/issues/1825728543/?project=1298290&referrer=slack It was first seen in August last year.

It seems to occur on Boris' stack early in the morning and also on the Tibor stack occasionally.
