My improved function in "vim-rsense" which compatiable with neocomplcache.

I have discussed with @Shougou in this issue We tried to change code to let plugin vim-rsense work with neocomplcache context filetype feature. But after we changed a lot, and other things are correct now (I think so). I think maybe this is rsense server issue. So I post here.

Sorry, this is neocomplcache problem and I fixed it.
