Python 3.11 support #4

A change will be forthcoming for this project, coordinated with an update to m3047/shodohflo tracked as m3047/shodohflo#8

If you update this project you will need to update that one at the same time.

ShoDoHFlo and Rear View RPZ are both upgraded at https://github.com/m3047/shodohflo/commit/3134275e65a8cee2217039c86e0bb6f0bd91d2bf and https://github.com/m3047/rear_view_rpz/commit/190518ed9fee111ffa25dee1454fbe56ec32b6bd respectively for Python 3.11 compatibility, and should remain backwards compatible with Python 3.6.
