jPSXdec version: v2.0

Name: Private Collection: Policenauts Region code (e.g. SLUS-1234): SLPS-00228

They use a different FPS than the full game so jPSXdec reports them as corrupted

FPS values can vary between each videos. At least on the Saturn equivalents, these would be the FPS values:

INUE01 to INUE08: 24 FPS (videos are detected but seem to start a second ahead of time?)
TOY94: 12 FPS
TOY95: 15 FPS
MK_ANM/MK_CG: Unknown, as they do not exist on Saturn version.

The header format seems to be identical to the main game's MOV files, with the addition of a new subcontainer for uncompressed TIM files.
