Update for VESC 6.05 #3

This pull request enables the script to run on VESC 6.05 by making the following changes:

Removed the extra argument in the uart-buf definition.
(define uart-buf (array-create type-byte 64))
(define uart-buf (array-create 64))
Replaced all occurrences of progn functions with curly brackets.

Note: This pull request can be merged once VESC 6.05 is released as an official version and is no longer in the beta phase.
