Add ReverseRoutes as a pattern to ignore #185

It used to be that routes were generated in src|classes_managed but with 2.4.x it looks like this has changed.

Coverage now at 78%, up from 73% before the upgrade, maybe thanks to elimination of dead code and a few more integration tests.
