Added a description of how to install packmol

The user guide, which is available at the home page, provides the updated instructions. Anyway, there is no need to be root to install, an more importantly, the user must have a fortran compiler installed. Thank you.

Dang, I wish I had been able to find those instructions before I spent 30 mins trying to install.

I'm trying to install other packages that depend on packmol, and they require packmol to be in a specific directory. In this case the installation path seems to be important so that the dependencies can find it.
