FPM support #43

@fedebenelli , are you able to add some simple installation instructions with FPM to the README.md file in this branch?

(when I ask if you are able, I really mean it, I'm not sure if you can do that, I'm not that versed in the git workings).

I think I'm only able by committing on my fork and then sending another pull request, I'll give it a try as soon as I can and let you know
