Interpolate Pupil Dilation using new Eye Measurements #5

Refactored the Pupil Dilation calibration using the new Eye measurements provided by Varjo since Base 3.5. This was compiled using the SDK Version 3.6, so it'll likely not work with older versions of Base. I suggest leaving this PR open until the most major issue with VB 3.6 (constant Compositor crashing after updating) is fixed by Varjo (hopefully a hotfix on VB will not require any SDK changes)

Looks good, and works on older Varjo Base too!
