I like this very much. Great work. Touches a lot of very important bases.

But I think you're missing soft skills

how to work with the other engineers in the team
how to learn from them and teach them
how to win together and take responsibility for your own failings
how to understand how the closed and open-source worlds work, how to ask questions, to obtain support, to contribute, to build reputation.
