Add a license #10

This repository has no license and unlicensed software defaults to "All Rights Reserved", which I believe is not intended here.

I suggest using either the GNU GPLv3 or MIT, the biggest difference between them is that GNU GPLv3 restricts the creation of closed source forks unlike MIT.
