Audio works fine, I can interact with the game normally. The only issue is that the view is broken.
We are both on Nvidia graphics cards with up-to-date drivers.
We tried any other game and the result is the same, even the games that support remote play (using steam legacy remote play everything works as intended).
Solution: Go to steam settings --> remote play --> enable advanced client options --> untick hardware decoding, if not effective then untick hardware encoding.
