Add PGP key `id` for added security #30

I believe that this helps in situations where https is compromised such as in state actor types of situations. Not that GitHub would also not suffer from that situation, but that if I have a normal ssh relationship with GitHub and then move to a place where I would be MITM'd, this should catch it.
