Orphaned excavator processes #16

It looks like there's a lot of excavator processes that should probably have been cleaned up?

System uptime is about 10 hours, and I've sure I have changed configs/restarted services a bunch of times, but should've been cleaned up anyway, right?

minotaur is not responsible for starting or stopping excavator.
