The Android app's equivalent page to what's done on the iPhone for "full 
details" is the User Activity dialog box 
:http://sites.google.com/site/foursquareddev/ux/useractivity

It makes sense that the full shout would go at the end of the "Last Seen" 
section and push down the badges. If 
you throw the shout just below the address with the same size and a slightly 
higher line-height to give it a little 
more spacing from the address, I can clean it up from there.

No, i lied, what I actually did was eliminate the max line lengths in the list 
item, 
but that is pretty ugly. I'll revert that in the next push, and do as you say, 
add 
that info to the user activity.
