Missing icon (that probably isn't missing) #9

This is a potentially dumb question: Does this icon pack contain plain, generic folder icons? This is what I'm seeing when I activate the icon pack:

That doesn't seem correct. If it matters, I'm using the icons in RiverWM, though I have quite a lot of gnome installed as well (including, as you see, Nautilus). I activated the icon pack with gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface icon-theme 'dracula-icons-main'.
