Move KOTH timer to the top. #27

I like this hud, the only issue I have with it is the timer for KOTH being at 
the bottom. I like the cap status at the bottom, but it'd be great if the timer 
was at the top like the rest of the gamemodes. It'd be cool if you at least 
included an option to change that. Thanks. c:

Turned out that there are some limitations and I couldn't do it the way I 
planned. The second closest thing wasn't good enough so I'll have to drop this.
