Ubercharge flash disappearing after switching to melee #31

Can you describe the problem?

Ubercharge activation flash disappearing after switching to melee then back to 
the medigun.

What steps will reproduce it?
1. Build an Ubercharge.
2. Activate the charge. The charge meter should flash now.
3. Switch to melee.
4. Switch back to the medigun.

What version do you use?

2.41

What's your resolution?

1600x900

Please provide any additional information below (don't forget about
screenshots).

I can't really get a screenshot of that, sorry!

Wait, sorry, I don't know if it works on all bonesaws, but I know it happens on 
the Ubersaw.
