Tried and works perfect on both centred uber meter and in normal one.

Is it possible to implement this into hud pack + as an extra option to enable 
in updater menu?

I won't be adding this modification. It's creator already made a version for my 
hud.

If you want to use it with the Updater, you can try the "custom overrides" 
option.
