Can you describe the problem?

There's no pop-up window when an item drop occurs.

Does the issue persist in an unmodified game (when applicable) #you must
answer this

1. When an item is found

3.14

What's your screen resolution?
1366x768

Please provide any additional information below. #don't forget about
screenshots

I don't know how to screenshot this because what is wrong is lacking, there's 
nothing to show except for the fact that there's no pop-up window.

It's not caused by my hud. The same thing happens in an unmodified game.

You have to complain to Valve.
