Add new tile sets

There are some more free to use tile sets that we could potentially use:

• [ ] Wikimedia
• [ ] GNOME Mahjong postmodern - available under GPLv2 licence; impossible to use in MIT-licenced riichi-hand-rs without author's permission
• [ ] GNOME Mahjong smooth - available under GPLv2 licence; impossible to use in MIT-licenced riichi-hand-rs without author's permission
• [ ] libkmahjong default - available under GPLv2/v3 licence; impossible to use in MIT-licenced riichi-hand-rs without author's permission
