update readme for week 1

I've thought about it and actually think we should keep research afternoon in week 1, but just change it slightly. I think it's good to keep the command line stuff (and I've added coding best practices as a point to that), and then I've also added the DOM Manipulation topic from testing week. I've changed the CSS research to make it a bit broader, and also have changed the accessibility to cover more things.

I think this is better than just replacing it with the accessibility stuff, as there was actually a fair bit of information in these sessions - the command line stuff, mobile first/responsive design/css best practices, and I think a topic on accessibility hopefully will cover it enough - and in fact we can then use the accesibility morning challenge later on. I plan for us as mentors will try to play a more active role in this session to make sure some learning targets are hit.

I've also renamed weeks 2 and 3 folders and changed the schedule to reflect the change.

Also deleted the dom manipulation from the testing week research and added a bit of other stuff, but will probably look at this again closer to the delivery date.
