Activated setPsram() support for Sprites

This PR makes sprite.setPsram() work as expected (see #30 )

Other changes in createSprite():

• removed macros:

  if defined(ESP32) && defined(CONFIG_SPIRAM_SUPPORT)

• used heap_caps_calloc instead of calloc to force memory type
