Camera and audio amplifier power and reset pin setting.

@imliubo @Tinyu-Zhao Is it ok for the graphics library to automatically turn on the camera and audio? I was thinking that it would be better to have the settings only with respect to the LCD and touch panel. Of course, if that is the policy you are okay with, I will follow it.

You are right, this should handle in M5Unified.
