Gesture is not available for M5Tough #14

The Gesture code, and other touch code is missing from Unified for M5Tough.

@scottp Thank you for your feedback. M5Unified is not fully compatible with existing libraries, but we plan to implement the necessary functions. Please let us know what specific functions you need. What is the gesture code ?
