Can you please update hexo-util dependency to latest (2.4.0)? #12

The dependency hexo-util has a dependency on highlight.js that is out of date and produces warnings when I compile my hexo site. I believe updating hexo-util to latest will remove these warnings.

I have tried to do this myself but I can't find any instructions on how to build the plugin so I can test it locally.

Can you please update this dependency and deploy a new version of hexo-tag-owl?

I've figured out how to bump the version up and test it locally on my own site. It seems to be okay. I'll submit a PR.
