Keep aspect ratio for BGA #24

Nowadays BGA files are shipped in many aspect ratios, and while 1:1 and 4:3 wouldn't look too different when resized, 16:9 BGAs will look weird.

There should be an option to add letterboxing to BGAs which aspect ratio does not match the aspect ratio of #DST_BGA

It will stretch the BGA to match the size of skin's #DST_BGA class.

Not really, as nowadays charts ship with two variants of the BGA: one .mp4 file for modern players (like beatoraja) and one .mpg or .wmv file specifically for LR2 which is letterboxed to fit 1:1 or 4:3 aspect ratio. SPACE RENDA 5 is an example of such a chart.
