How can i backup my custom "Shortcut Menu" and "Gestures"

Alright, you're using the lastest version
I'll mark it as a duplicate of 262, since this kind'a sounds like the same bug 
to me.
You could try chmod -R 0777 /Applications/Terminal.app and see if it worked
