Add possibility to force source language #7

Sometimes the automatic source language detection doesn't work properly. We need a way to manually force the source language like we already can force the destination language.

Example: dl orphan en > de or dl orphan en > de nl in case of multiple target languages.

This especially seems to be an issue with single words. Looks like DeppL ist not very good at detecting the source language if the input is to short or language specific enough.

Looks like the current deepl Api got better and this sin't an issue anymore
