Hopefully this process will also resolve some of the issues people are experiencing.

I'm getting some issues here; it looks like the WP unit tests aren't cleaning up the database after themselves the way they used to. Anyone got any ideas why/what I'd have to change?

This will resolve no issues; all of the fixes are in tests :/.
