Tooltips does not make sense #42

For example, in the screenshot, how will that text appear? Does a user need to click on anything? or whenever he/she puts his/her cursor on it?
If a project is finalized, can you delete it?
Sometimes, tabs says "General Explanation and sometimes just Explanation" shall I just use same text on different pages or fix? What is the right term?

Hi Ali,

For now, please do not implement these tooltips yet. I'm not sure if we need it. We can focus the efforts on other parts.
Let's not allow the deletion of a finalized project unless Tim thinks it's a good idea?
Let's keep everything as "Explanation" then.

Also I'm not sure why I'm not seeing your earlier question on the question marks. Could you copy paste everything except for changing "Prior mean is the mean of the prior distribution" to "Prior standard deviation is the standard deviation of the prior distribution" whenever the input is asking for a standard deviation? Let me know if it doesn't resolve everything. Thanks so much, Ali!
